Project description:
The web application that consists of 2 main parts:
Customs CMS development based on the Laravel 4 framework and MySQL DB. The CMS will be designed and implemented from scratch, providing a fast-working RESTful API. The application will provide custom functionality that is not achievable or hardly achievable by existing CMS systems. The CMS will provide the integration with few existing web applications in order to use the existing people database.
The second part is a user section. It is a content web application that uses the data managed by CMS and renders it to the users. Users can navigate through various content in different languages, use the rich search capabilities (Elastic search integration), and leave comments (integrations with popular web applications).

Requirements:
- PHP
- HTML/CSS
- Any PHP framework experience (Laravel is preferred)
- MySQL
- Intermediate English
